Daily Services are scheduled from 7am to 10pm. Overnight Services are scheduled from 10pm to 6am.

All fees quoted are for one or two pets. A per-service fee of $3 for each additional pet over two will be charged.
Dog Walking

Dog Walking

Dog Walking Service provides a 30-minute (Standard) or 60-minute (Extended) walk. We refresh food and water as necessary and clean-up your pup (we wipe off paws!) and its environment.

Dog Sitting

Dog Sitting Services are perfect for dogs that do not require a walking service. Our most requested services are 30 minutes (Standard) or 60 minutes (Extended) of company for your pup, which includes playtime, a food and water refresh, and a clean-up of your their  environment.  For clients who require longer services, we provide 8-hour Overnight and Daycare services and Pet Nanny service for dogs who need a live-in friend.

Getting Started

BOOK A CONSULTATION

The Consultation

You can call, text, or complete the contact form to request a time for us to visit your home in person or virtually to meet you and your pets. At the consultation, we will gather important information about your pet(s) and any other special services you may require. We will also determine how we will enter your home and collect any necessary keys and codes. We ask for two keys, so that we have a back-up – just in case.

After the consultation, you will be provided a link to our online scheduling program to create your personal and pet profiles. You can also download the mobile app version of our software. You can then schedule visits and pay for them right from your phone!

Our Visits

We come to your home to provide loving and reliable care for your pet(s) in your absence. The services we provide can be scheduled by you online and will be confirmed almost immediately. Should you prefer, we are happy to schedule your visits over the telephone.

Using our online software, we will update you with details of our visits and provide photos and/or video of your pet(s). The software also makes it easy for you to update information, or contact your Pet Care Assistant with any concerns or additional requests.

Finally, we will make certain your home is secure until your return. We provide a full array of concierge services, should you require them, for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.

Payment

Payment is required prior to each service order. We will invoice you approximately one week before service is to begin. Invoices may be paid by credit card online.

A 10% discount will be extended to monthly subscribers. Prices quoted are applicable to homes with one or two pets. Additional pets (three or more) will be charged an additional $3 per pet, per visit.

A free consultation is the first step of our process. Following the consultation, you will be asked to complete an on-line profile in our scheduling application. After that, you can book the services you need. We are then available to help with your pets on an as-needed basis. A simple call, an email, or submitting our on-line contact form is all it takes to start the process.
