Will we always have the same sitter?
Prancing Poodle operates with a team of well-trained and experienced Pet Care Assistants. Your services may be provided by more than one sitter, but you will have the opportunity to meet everyone who takes care of your pets.
Can I book a specific time for a service?
Services are booked within a time window. We cannot promise a specific service time unless medication is required. But we guarantee we will arrive within the time window.
